Our R/C flying field is located just east of Panama City in a large park called Harder's Recreational Complex behind the former Bay Dunes golf course now called Majette Park. It consists of a grass landing strip about 700 feet long and has pavilions with electrical power and outlets for charging.

 

If you are traveling towards Panama City on US HWY 231 about 8 miles from the City limits you will arrive at a major intersection ( Star Ave.) with stop lights. You will see a store on the left called R Liquors as well as a large Chevron gas station which is on the left. Hungry Howie's is on the right. Turn left on Star Ave at the light and cross the railroad tracks. You will then see a fork in the road. Stay on the road to the left "John Pitts Road". Drive 2 miles and on the right side of the road you will see the Bay Dunes Golf Course sign. Turn right on Old Majette Tower Road and drive about 3/4 of a mile. Stay on the asphalt road through the first Chain Link fence double gate and after an "S" curve you will see two flying fields on the left. The first field is an RC helicopter field, continue past that entrance to the entrance of our fixed wing field at the end of the fence line. There are signs on the road which will help you.
